The CEO of Thor Ice Chilling Solutions, Thorsteinn Ingi Viglundsson, has been invited to attend the EIT Alumni Connect 2023 event to participate as a speaker in the session “Sustainable revolution: Tech’s impact on climate and food”. 

He will be presenting the company and its growth and the huge benefit of improving food safety with the company’s technology. The session will focus on discussions regarding food safety, efforts and policies for reducing the environmental impact of food production and the future of tech in the industry. 

The event is organised by EIT Food and will take place in Casa Rius, Barcelona on 24 November 2023.
