EIT FOOD FIGHT PODCAST RELEASES THOR ICE SPOTLIGHT EPISODE
EIT Food Fight Podcast has released a spotlight episode introducing Thor Ice technology and its potential to increase food safety. Thor Ice CEO, Thorsteinn Viglundsson, explains how the technology was developed and how it solves a major problem in poultry processing.
The podcast examines the biggest challenges facing the food system today, and the innovations and entrepreneurs looking to solve them. They cover a wide range of topics relating to sustainable food systems, including food safety and food waste.
