CEO of Thor Ice Chilling Solutions, Thorsteinn I. Viglundsson, attended the 13th IIR PCM2021 conference last September to present a paper written by the Thor Ice team titled “New Method of Processing Ice Slurry for Improved Chilling of Fresh Foods”. The paper describes the company’s unique ice slurry method and the patented IceGun® technology which is currently being applied in the processing of fresh poultry products.
